CREAMY PALEO CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE (BANANA-FREE)

This rich and smooth chocolate milkshake is made without bananas! Avocado makes it thick, while dates give all the pleasantness.

It was in urgent need of an update, so here it is all spic and span for your satisfaction!

As a result of our uncontrolled banana hypersensitivities here, avocado has been a God send! When added to smoothies and shakes, it makes them exceptionally thick, which is the ideal surface for me.

Joined with a sugar or the like, for this situation dates, you kind of recreate what bananas manage without the banana taste. Ya feel me?

The cinnamon and vanilla both add profundity to the flavor, and the sprinkle of salt adjust the pleasantness. I generally add a smidgen of ocean salt when I make any sort of avocado smoothie!

The first formula called for one tablespoon of nut or seed spread, however throughout the long term, I've tracked down two tablespoons of nuts or seeds to be a superior substitution. I generally have free pecans or hemp seeds close by, yet seldom pecan or hemp seed margarine. You can likewise attempt peanut butter, however I haven't done this without anyone's help yet!

Will I additionally boast and let you know that I shared an adaptation of this on a nearby Tucson morning show? Eye roll for the improper fitting, yet here's the video in the event that anybody is intrigued!

This version is made with honey, if you prefer to use that as your sweetener. 🙂

However you make it, I hope you enjoy this creamy chocolate ‘milkshake’!
